Your Visit Your visit to our office has been well-planned and highly anticipated. During check-in, our front office staff will provide you with health history forms and attend to any questions you may have regarding the questionnaire. Following your initial reception, you will have an opportunity to tour the office and meet with Dr. LeMone in his consultation room. During this meeting, you may discuss any dental concerns you have and your expectations in regards to your oral healthcare prior to being seated in the treatment room.. This time is also a chance for Dr. LeMone to become familiar with you as an individual and your interests and hobbies. Because a great smile really does change everything, we want to chart the progress of your smile. During your comprehensive exam, our staff will take several photos of you and your smile. We will also take pictures of your teeth so that you can make informed decisions about proposed treatment. Following your exam, Dr. LeMone will present you with a patient portfolio. The portfolio is your guide to our office philosophy, payment plans, and an examination of your teeth in the areas of function, health, and esthetics. We also provide you with a guide to our office philosophy and an overview of the three approaches you can make with respect to your treatment—minimal, standard, or optimal. You will also make decisions concerning a time table of when you would like to have the treatment provided.
